Don was a law clerk for the Honorable Peter S. Popovich at the Minnesota Court of Appeals from 1984 through 1985. He served as an adjunct faculty member at William Mitchell College of Law for over 10 years teaching courses in civil practice skills, media law and telecommunications regulation. He has served as the chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Communications Law Section.
